How does Enquiry Genie learn my tone?
You connect your Gmail or Outlook account and Enquiry Genie extracts past guest replies from your emails. It analyses your phrasing, warmth, discount handling, and tricky-request responses so new drafts are written in that same voice.
Will guests be able to tell the replies are AI?
The replies are written in your tone and include the specifics guests actually asked about: dates, prices, availability. Hosts consistently tell us their guests can't tell the difference, and you can always review or edit a draft before it goes out.
How does it know my prices and availability?
Availability comes from your iCal connection. Pricing is extracted from Airbnb and synced daily, so you do not need to upload a spreadsheet. If your direct price is a markup on Airbnb, you can set that markup and Enquiry Genie will quote your direct pricing.
Which email providers does it work with?
Gmail and Outlook. Enquiry Genie requires the Chrome extension and read/write email permission so it can read guest enquiries, draft replies, and send replies when you enable automatic sending.
What does it cost?
You start with a £1 trial for 14 days. After that, your card is charged for the monthly subscription: £29/month covering up to 5 properties, then £5/month per additional property. Cancel anytime.
Does it send emails automatically?
It can. You can start by reviewing and editing every draft before it goes out, then switch on automatic sending once you are happy with the accuracy, tone, pricing, and availability.
What do I need to set up?
Connect Gmail or Outlook, install the Chrome extension, connect iCal for availability, and import from Airbnb to create your properties and sync pricing daily. Past replies are extracted from your emails so Enquiry Genie can learn your tone.
What is included each month?
The standard Enquiry Genie plan includes up to 250 enquiries per property per month. If your volume is higher, you should check pricing before relying on it for every enquiry.
What should I know before using auto-send?
Only Gmail and Outlook are supported for email right now, and the Chrome extension is required. Replies are not automated until you're happy with them; once the drafts match your tone and setup, you can enable automatic sending.
Is my email data safe?
Yes. Data is encrypted, access is limited to what's needed to draft replies, and your information is never shared with third parties or used to train models for other customers.
